Delete your data
HolyMinutes uses an anonymous account with no name or email. You can delete it and everything in it from inside the app.
In the app
- Open HolyMinutes and tap the You tab.
- Tap Privacy.
- Tap Delete my data and confirm with Delete.
This needs an internet connection. If the server can't be reached, nothing is deleted and the app asks you to try again.
What gets deleted
- On our server: your anonymous account, every check-in (mood, feelings, what you wrote), your candle streak, and the record of which cards you saw.
- On your phone: your nights, saved words, answers to questions, reading place and settings.
- The usage counts and crash reports tied to your anonymous account are reset.
Deletion is immediate and can't be undone. The app starts over as a new, empty account.
Subscriptions
Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or for a purchase made on the web, write to us.
Can't open the app?
If you no longer have the app installed, email team@holyminutes.com with the subject "Delete my HolyMinutes data". Because the account is anonymous, tell us roughly when you used the app and, if you subscribed, the email or receipt of your purchase so we can find it. We reply within 30 days.
